    Run windows executable on Wii?

I assume there is no way in hell this will EVER happen but i figured i'd ask anyway.

Has anyone ever found a way to pack a widows game that runs from a single directory into a wad that can be loaded on the Wii. The best super mario bros game i've EVER played is for the windows PC.

    behold!

    Thanks for your help.

No, it is impossible to run a windows executable from the wii. Windows only runs on Intel compatible processors and the wii uses PowerPC. Futhermore, a windows executable expects certain Windows files (like .dll's) to be available, which is not the case.
Awesome sig picture does not work

    That's what i figured. :-(
I was dreaming of some how getting a Kernal that runs like a homebrew app then packing any DLL's required into the wad. I can dream. The scumm VM gave me the idea. That is running old windows apps on the Wii by just replacing the .EXE in the original game directory then launching it in scummVM. so while it would be technically VERY difficult and chances are the wii doesn't have the power necessary to run an app this complex. I bet someone could figure out how to port SMB X. Did you watch the video?
