Need help putting USB Loader as a channel on the WII, and quick question about HDD

First I want to thank the community, especially the folks who wrote the HOW-TO's. It took me alot longer than I thought, but I got it up and running. I was hoping my 150GB Firelite HDD would work, but it didn't, so I ordered one off the list.

Ok, SO my first question is this: How do I put a channel on my wii, so I don't have to go through the Home Brew Channel to get to USB Loader. I thought I had read something about using a WAD Installer (I have 1.5V), but I couldn't figure it out, and didn't want to mess anything up.

Second: When I partitioning my new HDD (when it gets here), I read here that I should make a small FAT 32 partition so that I wouldn't need to have an SD card. My question is a little stupid, does this mean that I need to copy over all my info on my SD to that partition?

Thanks in advance for the help
