    USB Loader GX Issues?

Regarding the USB Loader GX, Im having a couple of problems that are making me pretty frustrated. Prior to note, I have searched other threads for other possible solutions but none of them really helped me. The first problem, which is pretty common, is when I load the USB loader GX. I get a black screen saying IOS 236 is not found reloading...and so on. I can still play my games via the loader but the black screen is just killing me. Here is my sys check:

    Region: NTSC-U
The system menu v353 is running under IOS36 (rev 3351)
    Hollywood v0x11
    Console ID: 53972102
    Boot2 v3
    Found 87 titles
Found 22 IOS on this console
No IOS Stub on this console

    IOS (revision),IOS Stub,Trucha Bug,ES Identify,Flash Access,NAND Access,Boot2 Access,USB 2.0
    IOS4 (rev 3),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Dis abled
    IOS9 (rev 516),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,D isabled
    IOS11 (rev 10),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Di sabled
    IOS12 (rev 6),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Dis abled
    IOS13 (rev 10),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Di sabled
    IOS14 (rev 257),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,D isabled
    IOS15 (rev 523),No,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabl ed,Disabled
    IOS16 (rev 257),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,D isabled
    IOS17 (rev 512),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,D isabled
    IOS20 (rev 12),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Di sabled
    IOS21 (rev 517),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,D isabled
    IOS22 (rev 772),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,D isabled
    IOS28 (rev 1288),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled, Disabled
    IOS30 (rev 2576),No,Disabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Disable d,Disabled
    IOS31 (rev 2576),No,Disabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Disable d,Disabled
    IOS33 (rev 1040),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled, Disabled
    IOS34 (rev 1039),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled, Disabled
    IOS35 (rev 1040),No,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled, Disabled
    IOS36 (rev 3351),No,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled,Enabled,Disabled ,Disabled
    IOS37 (rev 2070),No,Disabled,Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabl ed,Disabled
    IOS249 (rev 18),No,Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Enabled,Disabled, Enabled
    IOS250 (rev 65535),No,Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Enabled,Disabl ed,Enabled

Assuming I do ignore the black screen and continue playing, the USB Loader GX often freezes which may be a result from a problem with my cioss'...I have no idea. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

you have a lot of fakesigned ios (i am guessing pimp my wii)

you might want to add ios 38,53 and 55(use nusd or dop-mii)

    install cios rev17

I don't think those IOS's are fake signed, earlier Wii's had the Trucha Bug in the IOS's, no fake signing required.

Have a look at mine, I have never used pimp my wii.

    "Region", North America (U)
    "Hollywood Version", 0x11
    "Wii Unique DeviceID",

IOS Version, FakeSign, ES_Identify, NAND, Flash
    "250 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "249 (v17)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "223 (v4)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "222 (v4)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "202 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "60 (v6174)",Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "55 (v4633)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "53 (v5406)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "38 (v3609)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "37 (v2070)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "36 (v3351)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "35 (v1040)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "34 (v1039)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "33 (v1040)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "31 (v1040)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "30 (v1040)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "28 (v1288)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "22 (v772)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "21 (v514)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "20 (v12)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "17 (v512)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "16 (v257)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "15 (v257)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "14 (v257)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "13 (v10)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "12 (v6)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "11 (v10)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "9 (v516)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled
    "4 (v3)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled

That error cannot find IOS236 if have seen before when USB Loader GX was not compatible with Hermes cIOS. Like Cile says, install IOS38,53,55. If that dont solve your problem get a different version of USB Loader GX.

The IOS236 issue with usb loader gx was a known issue a few versions ago, just update it and it will no longer ask for it. Or simply use rev 929 or 921. Honestly though i dont remember what rev was stating that error but i use to have that version and moving to rev921 fxed it for me.
    4.2u / WiiFlow 2.1a r92 / PriiLoader 0.5 BETA / BootMii / WD 500gb MyBook
    Hermes' v4 222,223 v5-202 / cIOS38 rev17 249 / FAT32 USB Loading / UNEEK
Don't forget to hit the "Thanks" button if i helped you out!

Yea, look at the IOS's installed. He had nothing over IOS37. I would bet that his system menu is 3.2 or lower.

To the OP, make sure you install BootMii as boot2 and make a NAND backup, and get you a system menu of 3.2 or 4.1 to install priiloader.

Just a quick question, when I install the missing IOS (38,53,55) do I need to apply the es_idenitfy and NAND permission patch and would it be wise to use "Pimp my Wii" to update everything that is outdated (since my Wii is pretty old and have been left gathering dust)?

Doesn't help user is using a "broken" version of cIOS 249 (Rev 18). Guessing this user needs to go back to the drawing board and do an actual wiihacks tutorial/mod.
