    MHTri help pleeease

I'm new to this site, but I have an older wii & just bought a new black wii, I would like to know how to get my old save files from my old wii to my new wii?
I've heard of homebrew etc. but I can't play online with monster hunter tri with a modded wii, they will catch it & ban me.
And if I get homebrew & do the uninstall process after transfering the save files will it delete my MHTri files from old wii to new wii?
I just think its messed up I can't transfer all my work on MHTri to my new wii :*( please help.
I need to figure out a way to do it so I don't have to start over or get cuaght with a modded wii & get banned from MHTri.

They only "catch" you if you're hacking. Not if you simply have Homebrew installed.

Anyways, you can if BOTH your new and old Wii get Homebrew.
    you can if:

you have a softmodded wii and so does your friend.

    1. Extract your save with homebrew channel byt using the app, save game manager gx.
    2. Import the save into the new machine using the save game manager.
--This would overwrite any save currently in the new Wii, however.
