    Ya I have only tried one that didn't work. (don't remember the brand) But all of my kingston SD's work. Regular, Micro, Doesn't matter.

    Last 2 Questions. Can Wii read a USB more than 8gb. Or is this a noob question? I just want a USB that can store at least a few games for the USB loader.

    2nd Q is that a guy says he can softmod is for me. I think that would be safer >.> But then would I be able to download homebrew apps on my wii without an SD?

    I have my Wii reading off a 320GB USB Hard drive. You could read a large USB flash drive too.

    Just try your mobile phone's SD card and stop being so cautious. If you have someone else softmod for you then you will not learn anything about what is done and will be completely useless when it comes to using the softmod. Once HB is installed you won't need the SD anymore, but still it's much easier to use SD cards than fannying about with USB sticks all the time.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    Oh sorry for yet another STUPID question. USB leader has problems reading games O.o
