    Awesome, thanks.

So, I went home, installed cIOS 38 r17 using the installer, that seemed to go just fine (although it seemed odd that I had to choose IOS 36 as the IOS to modify instead of 38, but whatever). I also installed the latest revision of WiiGator, and my backups play again, so that issue seems to be resolved. The only Issue I had is installing Hermes; I downloaded the program, put all the folders where they needed to be, ran the program, and whenever I chose which IOS to install, it locked up when I chose the installation method (using CIOS 38). So, any ideas on how to fix that? Also, any ideas as to why USB Loader GX freezes after I try to dump a game from the DVD drive to the HDD?

When you go into the installer select ios 249 to install with and follow the instruction

You can now install ios202, ios222, ios223. From HBC, run cios222 installer and select ios249 to use not 38. At the next screen, choose the following, one at each turn:
-ios202, for usb - using ios38 (needed for USB2.0 support at Media Players)
-ios222, for uloader - using ios38 (needed for USB support of instruments and stuff)
-ios223 mainly for GH5 - using ios38 merged with 37 (same as above)

Yep. That's exactly what I did. Here's a quick rundown of how it happened:

-I booted up the Wii, and selected the 222 installer.
-I chose 249 as the IOS to use.
-I selected IOS202 as the IOS to install using IOS38
-The system locks on this screen.
-It also froze when I chose IOS223 and ued the IOS38 merged with 37 option.

Yep, and it works to download stuff off of the download channel in HBC, as well as updating the download channel. The freeze occurs as soon as I press "A" after selecting the cIOS and install method. It's a hard freeze requiring me to shut down via the power button on the console (the Wiimote registers that it's on, as well as it's position, controller 1-4, but holding the power down on the Wiimote does nothing).
