You can put multiple games on a disc so I cant se why you cant putthem on the same disc
I am able to play my Gamecube backups on the Wii now, but I was wondering about changing disks, I have a game called Tales Of Symphonia, it is a 2 disk game. I also have a tool that I can place them onto 1 DVD-R (I cannot find mini disk). So I was wondering before loading them onto 1 disk, when the time comes to change disks would I be able to or do I need to make 2 seperate disks for the full game to work?
I hope I explained enough. If more information is needed please let me know.
When using Gamecube Launcher 0.2, highlight disc 2 of the game and press the "Z" button, that will let the loader know that there is a second disc. Then highlight disc 1 of the game you want to play a start the game. When prompted for disc 2, eject the disc and reinstert it.
found this at the usb loader gx website
To enable switching discs you simply need to highlight disc 2 of the intended game and press the Z button. Then highlight disc one and start the game. When it comes time to switch discs simply eject and reinsert the disc.
So let me see if I understand... If I have the same games on 1 DVD-R it will work by pressing "Z", if I load them on separate disks, it will not work. Am I right or not. There are a lot of different answers here, can I get a definitive answer so that I can try and not waste a disk. I have multigame_iso_creator_v3.2.4, so do I load them onto the one disk or what?
If you burn a single ISO disc, ending up with 2 discs, then you cannot go wrong, when disc 1 prompts you for disc 2 then just insert the disc 2.
But if you burn a multigame disc then highlight disc2 of the game, press "Z" so the "YES" displays next to disc 2. Then highlight disc 1 and start the game. I have never done this, because I have never played to the end of disc 1 of a 2 disc game, and WiiPower says that it does not work and that he is going to correct it in a furure release of Neogamma. I use multigameISO creator 3.5.4, you can find that in my signature.
Thanks. I understand now.
