Thanks for all the help!!! It seems everything is working well. The problem with my wii freezing for USBloaderGX was that I was using my ipod, and it doesn't like that, but I will fix that soon. And my other USB stick was very slow to load (took about 5 min), but when I got another stick formatted as wbfs it booted right up no probs.
The only problem now is I cannot update iso55 because it breaks excitebike, but it runs fine on the version I have currently.
Here is my most recent syscheck:

One last question about the install. After I have installed everything do I need to leave anything on my sd card like the 0000001 folder?
I know I need the apps for the homebrew, but I mean does anything I installed reference the sd card for settings or anything.

Also I see posts about using ios 222 and 249 for usb loaders, what is the difference and which should I be using?

Have 249 as a standard setting and you can use 222,223 to run games that need them.
All you need on the sd is sd://apps and sd://wad

Plus usb loaders etc will make there own folders on the sd card ie for config, covers etc
