Not sure if I was correct or not with identifying the version number. Just thought v481 was 4.1 as mine is on 4.2 and that is v482

I saw there was ios70 present and did wonder

    Narse:
My verz. is indeed 4.2U I've checked multiple times, maybe me saying that the version menu after the sys check sorta made a misunderstanding.

    thatfloorguy:
Alright, now that I have confirmed that the version is 4.2U you want me to start from the beginning of your guide in your sig... But do you mean for me to re-install everything or just look through it?

    Edit:
Nvm, I guess I'll be looking at Step 3.

Well I dunno about the DVDx thing, is there another name with it that I may be familiar with? If not I'll have to follow some of the steps 1-2.
I just found out how to thank you guys properly now with the thanks button.
You guys are really helpful and you're being really simple with me which makes it better.
    Thanks again.

My crappy memory can't remember, I'll check out the old guide I used and see.
I probably did have it installed, just not so sure at the moment.

Installing hb,dvdx and boot mii are the first things you do in step 1 with the banner bomb exploit

Ah, I never realized the person took down the guide...
Well that is unfortunate, sorry I did not realize this before.

The Banner Bomb exploit, was that what started up the whole procedure? Where once you popped the SD card in and clicked the SD Card option on the Wii Menu it would take you to another screen?

Alright was waiting for your reply before I left.
    Just to double check things..
I never removed the previous SoftMod 4.2 stuff from my SD that was from the original guide that I'm locating, now that I'm looking at the guide thefloorguy provided and have dl'd the new Softmod stuff should I add all the new things from the guide floor provided or what?

Sorry I just wanna be extremely cautious on this.
