    Is is ok to let the wii..........

    Update frorm new games, ( not back up ones ) now that i have softmodded it?

    I have HBC install & play my backups with neogamma from sd apps/boot.dol


    Any help appreciated...

    No. Best not to update from disk or online. If you ever come across a game that won't run, you can just install the required IOS. You can get it using NUS Downloader. Or using dop-mii if your connected online.

    To prevent you posting any more places about this.... you need to follow the softmod guide again. The update destroys your mods. To find your system menu version go into options- wii settings. It will be displayed in the top right hand corner. Follow the guide for your new system menu version.
