None. Many users install Hermes IOS on a regular basis. There's a guide in the Other Faq's & Guides section to get you started.

There have been inconsistent reports with minor bugs on Hermes V5, FWIW --- none that I'm aware of with V4. It's best to read both threads and see which is right for you (I believe V5 has improved DVD playback support with it and MPlayer in mind, for example).

Yes, I stuck with v4 for now. Very solid.

However I did update IOS202 to v5. I have had no problems with it and as mentioned above it works great with Mplayer CE. Much Faster.

    Guessing you meant "stuck," right?

Yeah, I've got V4... I had heard the V5 IOS for strictly that portion could be installed/updated... I might just do that, thanks for the reminder.

    Us

This time select Custom IOS 223 and select IOS60 merged with IOS38
    * IOS223 gives you an alternative option for merged IOS in this way. It is exactly the same as IOS222 otherwise.
    * Experiment with other merges or not merging at all if neither of the options provided here work for you.

    I don't have IOS 223 -_-
should i install IOS 223 as a wad?

    Haha ya I did. Edited.

Ya I just installed over the original v4 for IOS 202 only, as you have to install them all individually anyway. Have been running it since it came out with no issues.

@ OP- Make sure you unplug your USB HDD ( if you use one) , if you decide to install v5.

This is the one, inconsistent bug I've heard about. Some say if you don't unplug, it'll make your USB HD appear "blank," causing a reformat/reinstall of whatever you got on it. Unplugging prior to doing it has been the predominant issue resolver before it (too late) appears as an issue.
