Latest USB Loader GX & NSMB & PNY 2GB Flash Drive, ugh.

I'm running the latest USB Loader GX, a 2GB Flash Drive, and I have NSMB Wii on the flash drive. NSMB Wii takes up .34 GB on the flash drive, as there is nothin to it. The problem is that when I try to get past the save select screen, the Wii just freezes up. I don't know what the problem is. The Flash drive is WBFS formatted (all 2GB of it) and the game was added with WBFS Manager 3.0.1. I've tried with IOS 222 v5 (38 base), and that couldn't get past the health screen, IOS 224 v5 (57 base?) and that couldn't even start, and with IOS 249 v17, and IOS 249 gets me to the health screen.

Game info: ripped from a disc I had burnt of NSMB, as I deleted the original from the hard drive, and it works fine on the backup disk, plays though the Disc Channel for hours (DARKCORP), so I don't know what's wrong with the USB drive. Any ideas on what's wrong? I'm thinking of trying IOS 249 v 19 w/ 38 base, and maybe 250 v19 w/ 57 base (right?). Still confused... if you know what's up tell me and thanks for the help in advance.

You say it works with cioscrap and you realize that it only deals with disk loading and won't help you play from usb devices. It is hard to imagine what ios have bean altered by this app. You may want to look at the readme file for darkcrap and see if there is anything in there about it and where you can go for support once your system has been altered by it.

Excuse me? That's a little harsh. I don't think this would affect USB Loading in any way, shape, or form, because it doesn't alter IOS 222, 223, 224, 249, 250, none of those. Those are the IOSes for USB Loading. I said that it worked in the Disc Channel so you would know that it's a good .iso. Jeez, I think that's very bad behavior for a Moderator to behave like that. You should know that cIOSCORP v3.x has nothing to do with the cIOSCRAP v1 and v2 were. Completely different people. The reason the name was changed was because they were tired of people bashing them like you just did because of the shame that cIOSCORP v1 and v2 brought. The only thing bad with DARKCORP is probably the uninstaller. Ithian has a great guide on how to properly remove it. DARKCORP is not for those that don't know what they are doing or don't read the damn README.

Fair enough, but the plain and simple truth is that it alters all of the system ios under 200 which are what are used to play games and other system functions. The only benefit of it is to play backups DISKS from the DISK CHANNEL. It doesn't offer support for usb loading and some ppl have had issues with that sort of thing. It also leaves us in an awkward position due to the complexity of the changes, so that it is almost impossible for us to diagnose a problem.
This is why I suggested you see if there is info in the readme file.

Well it's fixed. Found an alt .dol and used WiiScrubber to patch it, and also re-dumped the disc to the computer, at a slower speed. Don't know which fixed it, but it doesn't really matter.

Wow. It only worked ONCE. Now I'm trying to use WiiFlow but everytime I select WiiFlow from the HBC it boots me into USB Loader GX! Looks like I'll have to eat up a few DVD-Rs...
