Two very noob questions, but I refuse to make a relevant thread title

    1) All of the guides instal cIOS38r14 (at least the ones I used). Now that I have everything working correctly am I supposed to update to cIOS38r17?

    2) Ive looked everywhere and have seen many different answers with no links. Is there a Gamecube USB backup loader? And if so does it support extracting ISOs from the actual disks? Thats the only reason I would have it.

You can update if u want, I only update when I start getting problems with games.
I think "but am not 100%" only the wode allows this at the moment.
