Us Having problems with my bootmii/boot2

Ok, I own a early '07 wii with system menu 4.2u.

I followed messies guide to mod it but ran into a few problems.

After installing priiloader my bootmii stopped working. I tried reinstalling bootmii but to no avail.

Question 1. Could Priiloader be my problem? I had bootmii/boot2 working just fine when I first hacked my wii. I made a backup of my nand but downloaded a few games from the shop channel (pirating just isn't in me) so I figured if i restored my old nand I wouldn't have my new games.

Question 2. Is it safe to uninstall priiloader, because I heard that you have to reinstall a system menu and that is potentially dangerous.

Question 3. Is uninstalling bootmii dangerous? I've never heard anything about it so i'm trying it here.

Thanks ahead of time for answering questions!

I suppose it's possible that an update of some kind has updated your bootmii to boot2v4. Run hackmii installer and re-install it. Also make sure your SD card is correctly loaded with bootmii files.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    @ pob3008: Yes I did

@ tealc: I've already tried reinstalling by starting over messies guide, but about organising bootmii in the sd card, i've never tried it so i'm doing that now (well when my brother is done with his game)

During installation there is a step to prepare sd card, that is probably what you need.

Did u save the bootmii files to your computer first? If so just put them back on the sd card an your bootmii will be there.

Just run the first installer again, the one from the guide u followed, and install the bootmii part. Also make a nand back up as u have boot2 will make your wii 99% retrievable if u brick. Store them somewhere safe on your PC.
