Ca What to install games to Hard Drive.

I have a wii with a Wiikey V1 mod chip. It I am wanting to install my games to one big hard drive.
I have 4.1U installed on the wii.
    A few questions.
I assume I can insatll games on a hard drive if I install homebrew. Is this correct ? , if so a good tutorial to explain how.
Do I have anything special I have to keep in mind when installing homebrew on a wiikeyed wii?
Is there any use for the modchip I have installed once I install homebrew?
    Thanks for any help.

You'll need to do this first so that you may do that afterwards.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
Do I have anything special I have to keep in mind when installing homebrew on a V1 wiikeyed wii or is the modchip completely transparent to the homebrew and the wii?

The mod chip is irrelevant. It does not affect softmodding.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Krank is absolutely correct. YOur wiikey is useless once you softmod. I have a wiikey that when I upgraded to 4.2 I lost all my PAL backups. It was at this time that I chose to softmod my wii. I was able to get complete game play from the disc drive as well as going to the USB port. I am using a 1TB WD and the hard drive is so much better than having the discs anytime. I am a HDD fan from now on. Just need to back up the drive from time to time.

Just to clarify I did NOT say that his modchip will be "useless" after softmod. I said having a modchip is irrelevant when you softmod. Meaning the modchip won't affect the softmodding process.

    Krank,
I know that. Maybe useless was not the proper word. But with the softmod and the hdd, the wiikey never works. Actually it was a waste of money. Well at the time it wasn't but there must be a reason why the wiikey team has stopped supporting it.
