About LinkBacksYou cant load wad files with usb loader, it's just for ISO files.
Sometimes wads dont work because of region or just because it's a bad wad version.
Triiforce might be something you could use, but it's an advanced tool.
I am currently running 4.2u and i have usb loader gx. I downloaded super mario bros 3.wad file. I installed it using wad manager, but it doesnt work. It shows the game on the wii menu, but when i started it up it doesnt work. It says needs to format partition when i load usb loader. When i press it, it says that it couldnt find wbf....something like that.Im an extreme noob and need help. THXXXX!!!

Some game wad files are actually forwarders. They need either the game iso or rom on the sd or hdd and the loader. I would try another wad, it looks you might have one of those.

What actally do u want?To play NES games from USB HDD?Then download this:
Put apps folder on the root of an USB HDD.Put all your roms in USB/FCEUGX/Roms and also create folder Saves in same folder.Now on Homebrew Channel,set the apps loading off an USB(it is button 1 or 2 i don't know exactly).Code:http://fceugc.googlecode.com/files/FCE%20Ultra%20GX%203.1.3.zip
Load Fce Ultra GX set to load from an USB and load ur roms.

Those would be roms, fceultragx is an emulater. It also works great. All you need to do is DL nes roms and place them in USB/fceugx/roms you might have to changes the settings in fceugx to load from USB

No you don't put WAD-s.U are installing wads via wad manager for a channel.But u put roms.They are even better u don't have to install them and they spend less space.
Best sites are Rom Hustler and ROMNAtion.U can download every single game!
If u want post which games u want if u cand find and i will give u links!
U put Roms in USB/fceugx/Roms/here. Also create folder Saves in same folder.And if it gives u error,just navigate to a folder and launch games!
What exactly is the usb/fceugx/roms???? I see no file by that name.What do u mean put "saves" in the same folder, WHAT FOLDER??????BTw im looking for super mario bros 3 ROM. And again thx 4 ur help!
On your usb device on the fat32 partition create a folder and name it fceugx. inside that folder create another folder and name it roms and another named saves.
I hope I don't have to ban anyone for posting links to pirated material.
