Do Bad Sectors in HDD affects Wii Games/Homebrew? Like they will cause crashing/hanging of games and loaders or something?

Can you drive your car without gas? Seriously, if you have bad sectors try to use a program called hdd regenerator. I have saved quite a few this way. It is also usually possible to format a drive with the partition you are using just beyond the bad sectors, this should at least keep it going for a while, but the drive will usually become unusable eventually.
