Us Burned my first backup, sometimes get unable to read, and check wii manual...

I've searched quiet a bit. I think I haven't found the right set of words to find the thing I'm looking for. And I need help.
Is there anything I can do to make my burned discs play without occationally coming up with the check the wii manual screen, and causing me to reboot? Perhaps a diffrent burning software or burning speed, or some setting i can modify in neogamma?
I have wii system menu 4.2 (united states).
It's Harvest Moon Animal parade ntsc game.
I use imgburn at 4x speed.
And i have tdk dvd-r lightscribe disc.
(also sometimes it runs slowly when my little person is running through town. But it speeds back up)

    Thanks, for any help. ^_^

I think its because of the disk you are using. The fact that its lightscribe might be the reason. As for the game slowing down it because backup DVD launchers read the disc at 3X which is half the speed of the original game through the disc channel which is 6X.
Come to the Irc room to get help or just have fun

Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.

    Thanks ^_^

So i'll try and get a new kind of dvd. I'm gonna look for the verbatim brand I've heard of.
And is there anyway to change how fast the dvd launcher reads it?

Yup just search in google for a compatibility list for USB HDD's that work with wii.

You can also use a USB flash drive or SD card.
    Damn I suck!!!!
