    Reading burned games - FIXED

I am currently using uloader but I am lacking of a large usb drive so I was wondering if there was a way to play burned games just as a regular wii game (without the need of external memory).

    Thank you

you can play either from a USB HDD, a thumb drive, an SD card or from DVD-R (only on older wii's, new models wont play DVD-R)

I have an older wii and I am able to play my games on dvd-r. What I want to know is: Is there another kind of alternative that I can play those DVD-R games unlike uloader that needs a thumb drive to play the games.

I do have NeoGama (R8) but when I launch the game, a message appears in front of the "Launching game" messages, making it impossible to read and it brings me back to the wii menu

All your burnt games do the same or? What firmware is your wii, and how long ago was it soft modded. Could possibly be out of date ios files or something.

ok another question did you use the guide from this site to softmod? Just trying to come up with ideas of whats happening and if you are missing something important. Did your games load from uloader when you tried that or nothing has worked so far?
