How to play Wiiware?

Some info about my situation:

Ok, so I've done what the famous 3.1-4.1 guide tells me to do and now I apparently have:

"The safety/hacks of Priiloader & Bootmii, NeoGamma R8 rc3s backup loader that has 99% compatibility, cIOS249 r17, IOS38, 53 & 55 for newer games and IOS50 to help prevent disc update bricks."

My Wii was originally 3.3e and now 4.1e, bootmii is installed as boot2. I can play burnt games with NeoGamma no problem.

The only games I care about are Megaman 9 and Megaman 10 !!



QUESTIONS:


Is it safe to launch/buy games from the Shop Channel?
Are the Wiiware games .wads regionlocked? (If they are is there a way around that?)
Where can I find a complete guide for everything about Wiiware on a softmodded Wii?
Is triiforce mandatory?

1. Yes, but dont update if it asks you. If you cant get it to work without it updating, you can find a guide on this site to update the shop channel safely.
2. Yes, but you can try using a program called freethewads to make them region free.
3. I don't know of one. Its pretty simple though, you just put the .wad in the wad folder of the sd card, and install them with wad manager. Make sure to get the wads from a good source, bad wads can banner brick you. If games wont work, you probably need to install an ios. There is a megaman guide in this section of the forum.

Yes, I did. I got a little thrown off by the fact that it talked about <long-ass-IOS-thingy> and NTSC.
I read it yesterday and had forgotten that it talked about the region-locking so thanks to you too.
