    BootMii Restoring Nand?

    If I restore my NAND, will this take me back to before I patched my IOS' with Trucha?

    I want to follow a guide from here so that it is guranteed, Not a stupid youtube guide

    It depends on when you backed up the NAND. It'll take your Wii back to exactly the state it was backed up in. So that means your cIOS, IOS, channels, saved games...everything.

    If you want to softmod using one of the guides here you can do it on top of whatever you've already installed. it'll just get written over.

    I backed up the nand before i did the trucha bug restorer, but if I follow your guide it will just write over the top of what i've already done?
    (So excited to play backups )

    Yeah the guides here are top-notch. Anything you run into that you already have, like HBC, you can either skip installing it or be safe and reinstall. Whatever you install in the softmod guide will write over whatever's on the console already. Usually there's no problem, but if you want to be absolutely sure there's no conflict you can restore your NAND and then run through the guide. Either way should work out.

    I'll restore my nand to where I had only got the Boot2 Bootmii and the HBC Thank you so much, Could you point me in the direction of how to play backups on 4.2?
