cIOS Install Error
Hi There,
After telling him how easy it was a friend of mine has tried to hack his Wii - Homebrew is running fine but can't run the cIOS38r17 installer without getting the error message
[+] Installing Custom IOS, please wait...
>> Install Error! (ret - 1035)
I've uninstalled homebrew and tried again using the guide on this site for 3.4E Wii's but can't get beyond this point. What can I do?
He didn't do a NAND backup but I did once he gave it to me
things like the Firmware 4.1 updater just refuse to load and force me to restart.
Using Custom IOS Installer 2.2, Homebrew 1.0.5, IOS35 v12.16
Any help would be much appreciated.

Now why can't I be as clever as you
Thanks, I just didn't think of that. Trying to follow the guide word for word. It's doing the 4.1E update now.
Next challenge is to get homebrew back up the right way. Just uninstall/re-install i guess!!
Many Thanks again Pop,
