How do I burn a CISO on a Mac?

I have Excite Truck as a CISO file and want to burn it - I usually use Disk Utility but that doesnt recognize it as an image file ... any ideas?

    Thanks

.ciso is a file that was designed for use with a specific USB Loader. It's called WBFS Intelligent Gui although other loaders may have since adopted the proprietary format.

.ciso is Compressed ISO, renaming it will not work. It must be opened in a compatible application to allow transfer to WBFS volume or otherwise.

A .ciso removes the need to use Winrar to package scrubbed images.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
