Angry An error has occurred. Press eject button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii Cons

I am getting this message with New Super Mario Bros. Loaded on my HDD with WBFS. Running with Configurable USB Loader. Running 4.2

Getting black screen with the following error:

"An error has occurred. Press the Eject button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii console off and refer to the Wii Operations Manual for help troubleshooting."

    Anybody else receiving this message?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I am getting this message aswell.

ON SMB it happens randomly in middle of playing the game. It actually started couples of day's later.

On Mario Kart, (clean dump) it happens after loading the first screen (where it shows the Wiimote e,t,c).

It happens on USBloader GX (latest update) and Wii Flow, Cios 249 rev 17 and Hermes Cios rev 4. So far this to game is giving a problem.

If anyone knows what's happening and how to circumvent or fix the problem please let us know.

My Wii is still 3.2 (homebrew from the twilight princess time). 1T hardrive partition to "500G WBFS and 2G Fat32" ( rest of the space personal).
