PC DVD drive not reading Mad World disc.

I am trying to create an .iso from my Mad World disc to save to my PC's hard drive, however, I cannot get either Imgburn nor Alcohol 120% to read the disk. I just bought the game new today so it can't possibly be a dirty/scratched disk. I have no problem ripping my PS2 games to my hard drive so I am confused as to why this would occur, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The reason is because only certain LG dvd drives can rip a wii game. If you don't have one of those drives, then you will have to use USB Loader GX and rip it using your wii. Playstation and Wii use two different disc. The wii uses Wii Optical Discs, which is probably why most drives can't read/rip it.

Come to the Irc room to get help or just have fun

Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.

If you insert a Wii Disc while USB Loader GX is running, it will offer to install it to USB HD (if applicable). You can then take that HD and move it over to your PC and use WBFS Manager to extract the image from the USB HD and it'll create a burnable ISO for you. It's a round-about way to accomplish this task, but really it's the best option for most folks.
