    wireless on wii used to work but now....

    im getting this damn 52130 error. i dont even know how im not able to connect when i was able to in the past. i did install windows 7 and disabled the firewall but still nothing. can anyone help;

    Check your IP settings to make sure there is no conflict. The Wii must have it's own unique IP address on your network. I had to manually assign one in my Wii's configuration settings. Once the IP conflict was resolved the wireless feature functioned perfectly.

    Also that error could mean that you have to change the channel that the router uses.... But before you do that.. Clear all the settings in the Wii.. Reset your router (10sec).. Check how many IP Addresses you have allocated for the router to assign and then make sure non conflict.. Then go back to the wii and start a fresh wireless network setup and go from there..

    Or try using DHCP (if supported by your router) for all your connected internet users. That would probably help. And resetting your router.
