Upgrading cIOS

I softmodded my wii about 6 months ago using BannerBomb exploit. I'm wondering, how do I upgrade to the latest cIOS? I noticed a few games don't run on my USB Loader GX and I'm assuming its because I have an old cIOS.

Do I have to 'virgin' my Wii before putting on the latest cIOS, or can I just install the new one over the old one?

You can just install the new ones over the old ones. It will automatically overwrite it.
