    Help With DvD on Wii

hey everybody i got a question for yall. i have 4.2u wii with homebrew channel and usb loader to play my backup games everything works fine i also have dvdx on there as well. the only problem i have is that i cannot play a dvd in my wii. My serial number is lu70 so i dont know if that might be the problem but any advice would be appreciated. Like i said as far as accessing the homebrew channel or loading usb loader and playing backup games from my ext hard drive is fine

Does the DVD channel play backups? A D3-2 drive won't support DVD playback... or games playing via loader.

If you try backups via DVD drive, do you get an error? 1053 is the most common one to get for a D3-2 drive, but there have been cases of two others (check the Error Index thread).
