Hello, :)
Im getting a black Wii on Friday and was wondering if after the modding is complete i could connect my Hard Drive through USB and rip the CD's from my Wii to the hard drive.
Also if its possible do I still need the Disk like with a Xbox 360?
Im new here so if this is in the wrong forum please tell me so that I know in future.

and depending on what ver of sysmenu that you are on there are guides here to softmod the wii and yes after you get familiar with everything there are ways to rip the dvd's to the hdd and play them... and no you do not need a disk in the drive to play the games from the hdd...
