    Cool Need some clarifications

I have read through a lot of articles regarding the Wii system versions, upgrading to a specific version, downgrading to 3.2, etc. It seems there is some conflicting information in some of these articles and I think it's just that some of them are older and worked at the time they were posted but are no longer applicable. One such example is that system version 3.2 is the best version because you can run all homebrews and everything works. I read a thread recommending to downgrading to 3.2 but then I also read another thread that states that 3.2 does not support some of the new deatures in higher system versions and downgrading would lead to a brick. I have just softmodded my friend's Wii using dogegg's guide. I have a Wii with a 3.4u system version for which I installed a drivekey modchip but as you all know I cannot play NSMB until I upgrade my system version and have these questions:

    1. Is downgrading my system to 3.2u the best thing for me to do? (does it even make any sense)

    2. If I do that, would I be able to play some of my newer games like New Super Mario Bros? (it doesn't look like it so far)

One last thing. I have looked for a download section forever and cannot find it. I only see links in threads to downloads in megaupload, file share, etc. One of the threads suggested not to download files from unknown sources and that is why I would like to download the files from links in this site. Please excuse me if I missed this but I simply cannot find it here.

1.No. 4.0, 4.1 system menu would be the right option .

Do not update to system menu 4.2.

2.If you do update to 4.0, or 4.1 then yes.

Here is alink to the hack for your system menu,

    Hope this was helpful.
