Us Settings for Launching Gamecube Games in NeoGamma?

Okay. I'm sure you're all getting sick of helping me by now (espcially oddgriffin!), but I'm stuck again. After what feels like decades of trying and trying to get a Gamecube launcher to work, I finally did. But now I can't get the settings in NeoGamma right. I've toiled and tinkered with it as much as I can, but I think I've gotten to the point that I should just ask for help.
I can get the game to launch, but it flickers like mad.
When I force the video to disc, it starts, but flickers.
When I force the video to Wii, the picture cuts off. It acts as if it's sort of working--I can hear the disc continue to spin, but I can't see anything.
If anyone has any ideas, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
    Thank you in advance.

may have to set it to ntsc, although mine is always set to wii and i never have issue. Is it a multi game disk?
Sent from my van, down by the river.

I tried that, but for some reason it didn't work. It should have, as both my Wii and the games are NTSC.
Two were multi-game discs and one was not. Nothing really worked, though.
Thanks for your help again, oddgriffin.

Okay. I think I have it figured out. When I forced to NTSC 480i, it wouldn't work. But when I forced to NTSC 480p, it worked perfectly. So if anyone else out there has the same problem, maybe that's all you need to do.
