    Not able to read disc

Ive just recently started to get a problem reading disc, i'm softmodded 3.2e, the problem started just before xmas as my wii was not reading disc, then i would eject it, then it would read the disc, but now it doesn't reconize official games or back up, I don't even get a picture when putting an original disc in the disc channel i get a message UNABLE TO READ DISC CONSULT YOUR WII MANUAL, but i can play through my hard drive using neogamma 7. any ideas what could be wrong with my wii.

The drive is probably going bad. Is it giving you an error or not spinning at all?

Yea umm, clicking noise is a pretty good indicator something is wrong with the drive. I think you'll have to stick to usb loading unless you want to replace it. I would suggest you do it by yourself, don't let nintendo do it lol.

Here is one in the guides section for taking the wii apart. You can probably find a better one either on this site or by googleing.
