It's straight forward, you select SD Card, find the folder the wad is installed in then simply press 'A' when prompted to install it.

Once your sure you have the .wad files on your SD card open the homebrew channel>Scroll through the pages till you find 'Wad Manager'>Once it loads press 'A' to agree to the terms>Press 'A' to select the 'Wii SD Slot'>Your SD cards content will be shown, navigate to where ever you placed the .wad file>Once found press 'A' to install the wad (press right or left to uninstall)>It will then install, once installed keep pressing 'B' to get back to the starting page and then press the 'Home' button to exit back into the Homebrew Channel

The quickest way is to have a wad folder on the root of your sd card, it's the first place wad managers look for.

Create a wad folder, drop all the wad files into that folder, fire up your wad manager/loader, select the sd card and all the wads are there for you to choose form

I keep getting an error 2011 when I try to load a wad file. I have read so many tutorials my head is spinning. My wii version is 4.2, wad manager 1.5. I am not really confident eneough about downgrading so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Also how do I "run DOP-IOS MOD, on the IOS Selection Screen"?

You don't run DOP-IOS on the IOS selection screen, DOP-IOS is a Homebrew Channel (HBC) App, so has to be placed inside the app folder on your SD card and then selected through the HBC.

Then you can check which IOS you have installed and which one you need, you shouldn't need to downgrade at all now.
