    I did unistall it.. but it seems fine.. but the Gamma didnt install.. I think it was (-ret)? something like that... ill look again to be specific.. what do you mean uninstall IOS under 200?

    The console uses many of those 2-digit IOS files to perform basic functions. You uninstall one of those and your Wii may cease to be.

    im lucky i guess.. for now.. ill post the error here later on... IF you may say i get bricked is there a way to get unbricked?

    Yes it was more the number after the ret- we needed.

    Wasn't 2011, 1035 or something like that was it?

    Removing IOS60 is potentially very dangerous, good thing you hadn't updated to 4.1 when you did it or you'd be looking at something like this right now when you switch your Wii on.



    Best to avoid removing IOS in future, just to be safe. Go crazy with named channels like Neogamma though, no harm doing that.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    yea.. but i thought i did update to 4.1??(coz i did upto step 3 and unsure of 4 then the error, http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html) black screen.. LOL nooo.. Ill see it what error what it was.. but are there ways to unbrick?

    Best to avoid getting Bricked in the first place. Bootmii/boot2 (not IOS) is the best and Priiloader is good brick protection.

    Step 4 is the bit with the upgrade to IOS60 and System Menu.

    It really depends on the brick. The Bricked Issues Only forum has a great topic by Mauifrog on how to avoid bricks.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
