That's a bit of a pain. Would take ages to reload 192 games.

Been a while since I remember seeing an issue like this and for the life of me I can't recall what the issue was but these are the things I'd look at.

Maybe there's a game limit for WBFS volumes or with cIOS.
    Try updating/downgrading cIOS.
Remove your loader's config files, maybe they have an issue that is causing loading problems.
Try a different loader, Wiiflow, configureable etc.

everything i had was up to date, ive just went through and re-installed everything and updated my usb loader and it seems to be working ok now. just a random issue i think. Other issue im having is that i want to be able to use usb loader without having an sd card in and showing all the covers. how would i do that? i assume i just have to partition the hard drive but with it being formatted to wbfs would i have to format entire hard drive and re put the games on ?

It is possible and has been done by many.

You should be able to use a Partition based PC application to make available some of the unused space to make your second FAT32 partition.

Then change the USB loaders settings to point to USB instead.

You should be able to use a program called partition magic.

Sorry to hijack this post but i need some help!
i have usb loader gx installed as a channel, and i want to make it save all the covers from my fat 32 partion.i have gone into the setting and changed the directories to USB but it keeps saying i have no sd card inserted..the covers are there when i go back to the menu, but it doesn`t save it.... i have my SD card that i wish to replace and have gone into the config folder and opened the global.cfg , do i change it in there ?? surely not?? help!!!

try Paragon Partition Manager 8.5 Profesional it works very good for me, and its very easy to use.
