    Smile I have the tools ,Now i need The manual.

    So i want to install neo gamma r7 to play back-ups,

    This is what i have downloaded:

    cios36-rev9-installer.dol

    Neo-GammaR7.wad


    Ive search for hours for instructions but cannot find any. please ,if you have done this before,help me put the pieces together.

    ALSO-do i need wad manager ???

    read the softmod guide linked in my sig.

    Rev9 of Cios38 is old.

    Neogamma r7 is old.

    I dont get it.

    What are the new versions of neo-gamma and cios38?

    Can someone at least post an updated guide?

    i use neogamma R8 b7 but i think its even higher than that like b13
    and for the cIOS i have rev14 cuz it is said its most stable but i think rev16 is out
