The standard WBFS Manager cannot handle the ciso file. You will have to install either WBFS Intelligent GUI or ncWBFSTools. Both of these programs are based on the original WBFS Manager code but have incorporated additional coding to handle more file types like ciso and slightly different hard drive function too. Be aware that even now, this early in the development of these two variant porgrams, that the three programs do occasionally fail to recognize games that are loaded with the other program-this gap will probably widen as the programs continue to diverge.

If you want to stay with the more standard WBFS Manager, you can initially use one of the variant programs to install the ciso to the WBFS-formatted drive and then use the program to create an ISO file that handles like any other ISO file.
