    Cabela's Hunting Games!!

So one of the main reasons I am softmodding my wii is to be able to play games that are NTSC like the Cabela's hunting games! but my wii is version 4.2E and PAL and for some reason they wont release them in Australia.

Anyway I am going to softmodd with Messie's 4.2 Guide, is this all I will need to play region free? the games I am getting are burnt games (i believe) but are still in NTSC format?

I also want to connect an external hard drive to my wii.. so i understand correctly? I can put any game into the wii (including hired games, bought games and burnt games?) and rip it to my HDD?

if so then can I take my HDD and connect it to the computer and burn dvd copies if i need?

sorry for all the questions but I would be stoked if someone could answer me, I am still a little confused and dont want to start softmodding my wii if its not going to do what I want it to!

    thanks guys!!!

I also want to connect an external hard drive to my wii.. so i understand correctly? I can put any game into the wii (including hired games, bought games and burnt games?) and rip it to my HDD? Yes just get a compatible hard drive and a usb loader will rip games to hard drive.

if so then can I take my HDD and connect it to the computer and burn dvd copies if i need? Yes see above link you will need WBFS Manager to add games to hard drive.

And as far as your first question it all depends what you install to your wii. Most of your questions would be answered if you read the tutorials.

***Note for playing out-of-region games - first setting of choice is to set the Video Mode to force the video feed to your own region. Example: to play a PAL game on an NTSC Wii, set Video Mode to FORCE NTSC.
