    USB Loader GX Issue

My understanding of the USB Loader GX, is your able to install backups of a disc you have. I could be wrong with that statement.

What I want to do, is create backups of my discs I have and install them onto my USB HDD. Can I install right from the disc to the HDD? Or do I need some other program to create the ISO first? I thought I could "rip" right from the disc to the HDD.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    1. Open USB Loader GX on your Wii.
    2. Click the + button on the screen in USB Loader GX.
    3. it will ask if you want to add a game, click YES.
    4. It asks you to insert disk, insert it.
    5. It asks if you want to install that game, click YES.

Then it rips it directly to your HDD.

    Remove the disk, and enjoy.

Great thanks, this worked well. See I had the disc in first and loaded the USB Loader and it kept locking up on me.

What exactly does scrubbing mean? My take is it reduces the file size correct?

So if I rip a disc and the size is roughly 4G, can I scrub the file from the USB drive? If so, how?

Scrubbing removes the update and any other buffer data the 4GB may have.

It generally makes them smaller but not always by a lot.
