    It worked

    All disabled...

1 boot in priiloader, 1 boot in sys menu, 1 in priiloader, 1 in sys menu and so on...

    Weird isn't it ?

And I still can't boot with USB drive plugged in. I get a black screen every time but if I unplug the drive priiloader appears without rebooting

OK, ensure that your autoboot and return to is set to system menu. Is it still booting to priiloader?

What is on the usb drive? What format is the partition? WBFS or FAT?

Both autoboot and return to are set to system menu.

It boot to priiloader 50% of the time.

    USB drive = WBFS

Thanks for your time man !

Sounds like you have a buggy priiloader install. You may want the intstall patched ios70, then install system menu 4.2 for your region. Then reinstall preloader. Perhaps run TBR on ios36, and install with ios36 instead of ios249, and or install preloader instead of priiloader.

    Just download IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug].zip and 4.2u-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v481.wad.zip

    Use wadmanager and ios249
    Install ios70patched
    then
    install system menu

Then download preloader and install it. Once install be sure to hold reset and boot into preloader to enable your update block hacks. Use the hacks ini I gave you.

    I installed the exact same file : IOS70-64-v6687 [Patched][FreeTheBug]

Should I uninstall and reinstall it ? I guess not:

-Make sure you install and NEVER EVER uninstall the ios70! If you uninstall ios70 or any ios lower than 200, your Wii will suffer a slow and painful DEATH!
How do I uninstall bugged priiloader ?

Don't uninstall anything. Just install as described, exactly, step by step.
