Can you transfer games to and from USB HD to computer?

My Wii is arriving today and I plan on reading more about what hacks I need. I do have a few questions. How big of a SD card do I need and is there any specific brand? Also, I have a extra 200g USB HD that I will use, but I expect it to get full pretty quickly. Will I be able to move games back and forth from my computer to my USB HD as needed?

You need at least a 2gb card, Sandisk NON SDHC is the best. And yes you wil be able to tranfer games to and from a USB drive using WBFS Manager [you will also need to format your HDD into a WBFS drive, it can be done with WBFS manager]. As far as a HDD you need to make sure it's compatible. There is a link in my sig for the compatibility list.
