Still getting errors 1035 and 2011

OK so I am trying to fix my semibricked wii. It is an ntsc running an original wiikey. I accidently updated with a pal disc and i am at 4.1e. I want to get it back to 4.1u. i followed the tutorials and found out that I need to use anyregion changer. Well i could not until I installed the trucca bug. I got ios 15 downgraded, patched and restored with success. (BTW i have no internet access) but then I try to load the correct system menu wad file and i still get errors 1035 and 2011. So I figured I would try anyregion changer and downgrade to 3.2. That only wants a network connection. Is there a way around this?
i am super new and really don't understand IOS yet.
    Thanks a million guys!

Sounds like you still have no Trucha restored IOS.

You can of course just re-install IOS60patched and System menu 4.1U manually instead of faffing about with ARC, however you will absolutely need IOS249 to do it.

Run signcheck signCheck - WiiBrew, hit reset a load of times and post the resultant text from the signcheck.csv file it creates on your SD.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Cool deal how do I do it?

I have a wad manager. Do I just istall the patched ios 60 with it? If I do what iosdo I select to patch? Then do I run the 4.1 from wad installer?
Sorry these are probably stupid questions but I want to be sure I do it right.
    thanks tealc!!

Seeing as you have no IOS249 and no Trucha on IOS36 you should run TBR

    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...0-4-1-wii.html

Then check your new signcheck list has IOS249 (rev14), Enable, blah, blah, blah.

Then once you verified that you do have IOS249 you can go ahead and install

    IOS60patched.rar
    and then
    4.1U-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v449.wad - 4.1, USA

Using wad manager, selecting IOS249 as the IOS to use.

Wad files you download go in SD:\wad by the way.

That should bring you to 4.1 ready fro Priiloader installation and resumation of the tutorial you were following.

ok I followed the trucha tutorial you linked. I load on ios36, I chose downgrade ios15 and it works. then I run trucha again changing the ios to 15 upon loading. I start go to the ios36 menu I make sure all 3 patches are on yes and hit restore on 36. I get part way done and it gives me this error after it runs: ES- add title start returned -2011 you need to use ios with trucha etc
Here is the newest ios list:

"IOS35 (ver 3092)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled
"IOS34 (ver 3091)", Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled

Again if i need to download files I can do it via NUS and then load them on my card. Please don't give up on me. This is all jibberish to me.
