Maybe I'm brain farting here but I'm pretty sure that file's not required by the usb loading guide. You just need to download WBFS Manager, format your drive, and add your games. If I'm wrong just cut & paste the paragraph that file comes from so I know what I'm missing here.

I feel so stupid, I can't believe I can't figure this out. Guess asking for a link is out of the question although I did find it on google I'm hesitant about opening it. Guess it's back to reading. Thanks again you got me this far and I really do appreciate your help.

I found it but I'm not sure which to trust. I found a site with the 3.0 version and some where on this site I found the 2.5 one. So should I do the 2.5 or trust the 3.0?

The download's at the top of the guide just under where it says Preparation. Tell you what, here you go: WBFS Manager3.1-RTW-x86.rar

Ah no worries we all miss stuff. Just read carefully and go slow.

Quick question.....I'm getting ready to start soft mod on my daughters 4.0U and I went yesterday and purchased the scan disk SD card 2gig. After buying it I realized my laptop has no way to insert a SD card. I'm not completely sure how to get those files from the soft mod guide onto it. Could I use my Tilt smart phone & Microsoft Syn as an external SD drive? Dunno, just a thought, all this is new to me.

Thanks for any help or advice....

You'd need an interface to transfer the files to the card. I don't anything about the phones so I couldn't advise, the only thing I know to suggest is pick up a card reader, but your laptop needs to have an expresscard slot. Here's an inexpensive one: Amazon.com: 21IN1 Multimedia Reader/writer Expresscard 34SLOT Mac/pc Sd/mmc/xd: Electronics
