It is a little small on that page, but all the directions are already written in the guide - the video is just for visual confirmation.

here it is on youtube(delete the space): http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=kM-SlzGcZYM just click the button in the bottom right corner to maximize.

I'm on the last steps here...So far everything is fine but i'm confused about ios60 and the updater, by the way i dont have wifi on my wii will that be a problem? The confusion is what options to select when using WAD manager it says press A to (un)install a wad file and the other is B to select storage devise what should i select here and im not sure how to install ios60 either.

Use IOS249, select a storage device and navigate to your SD card menu. From there select the WADs folder, then install ios60patched wad.

Make sure ios60patched is installed before you install the file below, or you will brick.

If you don't have a wifi connection download 4.1U-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v449.wad
Place in the WADs folder of your SD card.
Load HBC and run Wad Manager.
Repeat the same steps above: IOS249 > SD card > WADs > install.

Okay I think I followed all the steps, I see neogamma icon but it looks differant than the one in the video...I noticed the video skipped over the iso60 file and went to the neogamma one instead...was i supposed to do it that way too? I didn't install priloader yet in case i'm wrong. Last questions what do I do to play a game I saved to my computers harddrive I have an 8 gb thumb drive will that be enough? Most important is there a way I can check if i installed ios60 the right way?

Did you install the ios60patched at all? If you didn't you need to have that installed before you install the system menu or priiloader or you will cause a brick.

If you already did then you're safe to continue. To load from usb just follow the 3rd link in my signature below.

This is the confusion...lol, what your telling me to do is the only thing the video didn't do. Unless im missing something...the video shows him selecting the first 3 or 4 files and loads them into the manager the one before the neogenne is the iso60patched but the video never selects it, it only selects the neogenn one then it is finnised. You are saying unless i get this one thing right im out of luck so i just need to be clear here. Do I need to select the file iso60patched and load that the way it is into the folder like I did with the ones below? these are not the exact files I had up but you get my point

    IOS38-64-v3610
    IOS50-64-v4889
    IOS53-64-v5149
IOS55-64-v5149 (in the video and my wii this one is the ISO60patched)
    NeoGamma r8b7

    Then restart your Wii.

If I did these steps again would it mess anything up? this way I could make a video of what I did and you could see.

The ios60-patched is to be installed before updating and/or installing preloader. You are well beyond that which means you did neither one. That file can't be another file, i haven't watched the video but it is possible the guide could be updated to include other files the video does not. Please go by the written part of the guide and if you need to refer to the video as confirmation of major steps instead of every specific aspect.

Ok I see what's going on. The videos don't cover what's written in step 4 - updating to 4.1fw - which is what we've been trying to do here. Follow these steps in this order:

    Download ios60patched.wad Extract to SD:\wads
    Download 4.1U-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v449.wad Extract to SD:\wads

    Load HBC, run Wad Manager.
    Use IOS249.
Select storage device > SD > wads
    1. Install ios60patched.wad first
    2. Install 4.1U-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v449.wad

This will bring you to system 4.1. At this point Edit: reboot, then finish step 5 and install priiloader.

Hey just wanted to thank you all for outstanding help not to mention your amazing patients. I have all that stuff on my wii so now I need to read about what it all does. Personally I'm interested in the emulators and making backups of wii games...Any advice where to start, what to download, maybe where to get games from? If that last one is against the rules just ignore it and accept my apologies. Again thanks for the awesome help
