While WBFS Manager does not recognize ciso files, both WBFS Intelligent GUI and ncWBFSTool do have this ability. WBFS IGUI has a more limited partition ability-I belive that it can now handle a partition of more than 500GB.
To retrieve an ISO from a ciso file, use either WBFSIntelligent GUI or ncWBFSTool to install the ciso to the WBFS-formatted drive/partition and then extract it back to your PC HDD as an ISO.
Be aware that both WBFSIntelligent GUI and ncWBFSTool are based on the same base code of WBFS Mgr, but each have slight changes such that even this early in their development, a file from one may not be recognized by the others. This will probably become more important as the programs continue to diverge.
WBFS Intelligent GUI is the most limited in ability to handle large partitions, various HDDs, and ability to run under anything outside of WinXP.
