    usb loading is the best...no need for dvds...or making a bunch of coasters.

    If I will use usb, I will need a bigger size of hard drive or a bigger size of flashdrive. Right? Cause a game is about 4gb.

    If, I will use usb for loading game, do I need to softmod the wii? and whatelse software do I need?

    Loading through usb you need to format the drive to WBFS, and when you add games to the drive all the unnecessary data gets scrubbed off. So when you add games to the drive they'll usually be a smaller file size. For example, Wii Play ends up being around 100mb. Really small. Or you can have a game like smash bros. brawl that is a little over 7GB, really big.

    I think you said you were on 4.1u earlier in the thread. To softmod just follow the 1st link in my signature below. And to learn how to set your hard drive up for usb loading, look at the 3rd link. Skip the 2nd.

    I got a 4.1u and model# LU7234xxxx. meaning, my chip is d3-2 right? Thats why my drivekey is useless.

    If it's a pretty new console then yeah, you probably got the chip of disc-doom. Whatever advice oddgriffin gave you was good, he's a knowledgeable guy. I myself don't know much about the modchips.

    does it have to be a western digital brand? It can't be bigger than 500gb?

    It doesn't have to be, but they do have high success rates. There's a list Here for you to check out which drives work best.
