I have a modded Wii (not soft mod) and updated to 4.2. I have followed the guide for 4.2 and it worked fine, now have HB on it. I have downloaded some Super Nintendo Roms and was wondering how to get them to work. Thanks in advance.

have you downloaded the emulator for the roms?
Thanks, worked great. This emulator is on the SD card, can I make it a channel, and can I store more emulators and games on the same card. Thanks again for your help.
You can fit as many as your sd card will hold. Here are some rather nice forwarder channels - make sure the directories are named/spelled as they are on the page: TroyTheZombie's Animated Channel Wads - GBAtemp.net
I have checked out the link and have a question. Once downloaded, not sure how to install the channel. Looks like I need a wad manager, thought this was in homebrew?
Channel Name: Super Nintendo
Forwarder: ROOT:/apps/snes9xgx/boot.dol
Channel/Title ID: ZSNE
Blocks: 10
Just not sure where the file goes.
Place in the Wads folder of your sd card and install with wad manager. "Forwarder: ROOT:/apps/snes9xgx/boot.dol" is the path that forwarder needs to take to boot the emulator.
On my SD card I have been removing everything after it has been installed on the wii, eg HB, ect. I have kept a back up on the comp. What would you recommend I have on the SD card, besides games.
Just keep on whichever apps you use and the files that go with them. Mine mostly consists of homebrew apps, images for different usb loaders, roms, config files, etc. For the wads folder I backup all my wads on pc and keep the sd folder clean - but that isn't necessary, just something I like to do.
