I'm having an issue with HBC iv softmodded a 3.4 everything worked fine bootmii installed as boot2 , no error's didn't install priiloader don't really need it. But anyway my issue is my HBC is upside down I read not to worry about it till all the steps were done so im done now but I can't get back to were you install the HBC i took all the files off my card put them back on again but when i go to the SD card on the wii menu the wii crashes . btw I updated to 4.1 as per the guides instructions everything fine with that too. Any advice?
And for some reason my trucha bug sighned disks are not working. thats wierd I did all the steps with the trucha bug restorer... They show up in the disk channel but give me ...An error has occurred press the eject button, remove the game disc and turn the power off.... usb loader gx is working... btw I have a hard modd also, my other wii that I soft modded also trucha disks work on that one. darn the only reason I softmodded on top of my hard modd was to get the trucha bug back...
did you use the 3.1-4.1 guide for softmodding? I believe that covers updating to 4.1 which is what you did, but if your HBC is upside just use the the bootmii installing (which you can open using the bannerbomb exploit) and then just reinstall HBC, or here's a more informative link Homebrew Channel - WiiBrew

Now Just getting the trucha bug back on my disk channel , the differnce is i used a differnt guide for the other wii as it was a 4.2 sys menu and this was a 3.4 the big difference i see is the use of Dop-IOS v8 but i don't wanna mess with it unless i know for sure what ios's to use and such anyone have any advice?
"4) Load up homebrew, then Dop-IOS v8 (not from bootmii) Keep pressing right until you find IOS53 and press A to select yes to install and Sig Hash Check. Do the same for IOS55 and IOS70. Next press home to return to homebrew channel."
This is from the guide for my 4.2. Will doing this on a 4.1 do it for me, but I use IOS60 instead of IOS70 but do i still do it on IOS53 and IOS55?
