    bootmii cant install

    Hi

    i think i have a problem i cant install the bootmii via the hackmii installer 0.5

    i follow this tutorial http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...tem-menus.html

    the test result are in

    using ios versions: installer 34 hbc:61 dvdX:36

    the homebrew channel has been installed sucessfully same for the dvdx but the bootmii message is in purple and it write: can only br installed as an isoi

    the installed boot1 version prevents a boot2 install (-2)

    when i press continue and choose bootmii... and install bootmii as ios, it write failed (-1)

    and same with prepare sd card

    any solution ?

    thanks a lot

    You have a newer wii which has a patched boot1 which prevents bootmii from being installed as boot2.

    As for bootmii as an IOS, Try re-formatting your sd card to FAT32 and downloading the files again. Then try again. Also try a different SD Card as bootmii can be picky about SD Cards Sometimes. 2GB Sandisk Micro SD with An adapter is recommended.

    SDHC cards are not recommended. Many SDHC cards do not work for homebrew. Its always recommended to use regular SD Cards
