Maybe, use dop-ios-mod v11.5, use ios249 to reinstall the shop channel and ios61.

    Use anytitle deleter mod
Don't delete ios, hidden channels, or system channels, haxx, jodi

Take a look at your installed channels, try to delete the one that may be causing you a banner brick, or delete all of them, except haxx/jodi.

What about downgrading to 4.0u? Still nothing has changed. Or, can I reinstall all of the wii ios.

    @evandunkel
It is unlikely that downgrading or upgrading will fix your apparent banner type brick.
Sorry to ask again, but could you please specify:
    Bootmii boot2 or ios?
    Preloader/priiloader? version?
    System menu 4.1, yes?

Run dop-ios-mod v11.5, scan the wii, post the cvs report here

Run anytitle deleter mod, 1st-update the database(with 2 I think), 2nd-export your installed titles, 3rd-post installed tiles here.

What titles did you delete? No change? Same trouble?

    I have Bootmii as Boot2
    I just installed priiloader
    System Menu 4.1u

I didn't have anything to delete because I already deleted my channels. There has been no change. I will be posting a video of my problem as soon as it's uploaded.

Was the system menu booting normally before you installed priiloader?

Make a nand backup with bootmii.
Backup your savegames with savegame manager.

If the wii was booting normally before you installed priiloader, run the priiloader installer and uninstall it. Then run nandclean and delete the crap it removes.

Otherwise, we may just have to format and start fresh.

My wii was bricked from an attempted prEloader installation. Yesterday I installed prIIloader because prEloader didn't install about a month ago. Just tried nandclean but didn't fix. Should I format from the wii menu or something from hbc. Can I format more than once?

    Thanks!

OK, boot into bootmii boot2, make a nand backup. Then extract 3.1u_format.zip to the sd-card. Load the format.elf from the sd menu of bootmii.

Never do this from bootmii ios, your wii will likely brick.

How long should the formating process take. I am worried that it is stuck at RVL-Eulav_US-v2.wad If it is stuck at the wad what should I do?
